  • How to bind chargers to residents’ cards?

    1. Please confirm that the card is in RFID format. 
    2. Please use a card reader to read the card number. For details, please see the YT link description.

  • How to set charging rates?

    1. You can set the "charging rate" and "overtime rate" in the rate table. Then go to [Site Settings] to set the rate table for the site or gun. Among them, the [Billing Description] is a free input field, and the rate description will be displayed on LINE. 
    2. Time electricity price: If you select [Time electricity price] in the above rate table, a clock icon will appear after the rate table is saved. After clicking on the icon, you will enter the content of editing time electricity price.
  • What do the colors of the field load monitor represent?

    Red: Fully loaded, Blue: Over half loaded, Green: Not half loaded

    Step 1: Agree to membership terms

  • What should I do if I don’t receive the OTP verification SMS when I bind my membership?

    1. Please contact your telecom operator to see if the ad blocking function is set. Click the link to view details.
    2. You can directly leave a text message on gochabar’s official LINE and we will reply as soon as possible on working days!
  • How to keep track of the charging progress of the car?

    1. Can be viewed on the DC charging station screen
    2. You can also check the charging progress on the dashboard in the car
    3. You can also click "Check Charging Status" on the official LINE@ menu to check the charging status!
    •  3-1. Using DC pile charging can display the charging progress of the SOC vehicle terminal.
    •  3-2. Due to the inability to obtain SOC vehicle terminal information when using an AC AC pile, it can only display the charging time and charging status.
  • How to estimate the charging time of electric vehicles?

    1. Please refer to the information display on the electric vehicle dashboard.
    2. Please refer to the information display on the DC charging pile screen.
    3. It can be calculated based on the car battery capacity. For example, AC slow charging 7kW (can charge 7 kilowatt hours of electricity in one hour), the total battery capacity is 60 kilowatt hours, and it takes about 8.6 hours to go from SOC 0% to 100%.
  • Why can't I charge it?

    Please confirm the following three items first:

    1. Is the charging gun properly plugged into the charging hole?
    2. Whether the car has unlocked charging restrictions
    3. Do you have any outstanding balances from previous LINE charging? If you have "unpaid items", please go to the transaction record page of the member center, select your unpaid amount, and complete the payment!

    If the problem is not caused by the above problems, please contact the customer service number of the charging station or the on-site management unit.

  • Who can I contact if I have charging problems?

    1. If you have any questions about the charging process, you can contact the charging station customer service number or the on-site management unit.
    2. You can directly leave a text message on gochabar’s official LINE and we will reply as soon as possible on working days!
  • What payment methods are available?

    1. credit card
    2. LINE Pay

    Currently, credit card (VISA/MASTER/JCB) payment is supported, but debit card payment is not yet supported.

  • Why can't I trade?

    It may be that the validity period of the credit card has expired, or the limit is insufficient, or the bank network is abnormal. You can contact the customer service of the credit card bank to find out. It is recommended to rebind another credit card directly.

  • Where can I check transaction records?

    Please click "Member Center" on the official LINE@ menu to view transaction records.

  • Can I change my invoice settings?

    Yes, please click "Member Center" on the official LINE@ menu to change the settings.

  • How to get an electronic invoice?

    1. Every time charging is completed, in addition to automatic deduction, an electronic invoice will be sent via email.
    2. If you choose a member vehicle, you will receive an email notification after winning, and you can go to the supermarket to download the winning invoice.
  • How to evaluate the benefits of energy conservation and carbon reduction?

    The amount of carbon reduction is based on the electricity carbon emission coefficient of Taipower Power Grid and the average energy consumption of electric vehicles published by the Energy Bureau to estimate the carbon emissions of charging 1 kilowatt hour of electricity, and compare the carbon emissions with the average energy consumption of general fuel vehicles. The difference is the amount of carbon emissions reduced by charging electric car owners.

  • What charging gun specifications does the charging station provided by gochabar provide?

    Please click "Charging Pile Location Inquiry" on the official LINE@ menu, and the charging gun specifications will be displayed at each charging station.

  • How to check the charging rate of a charging station?
